Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?

Just walk in — no appointment needed. If you’d like us to expect you, book online and pick a time that suits you. We’re open Monday – Saturday 9:00 – 17:30 and Sunday 10:00 – 16:00.

What does a quote cost?

Nothing. Diagnosis and a clear, fixed quote are always free, with no obligation to go ahead. You only pay if you’re happy with the price.

How long does a screen repair take?

Most common phone screens are done while you wait, typically under an hour and often around 30 minutes. Some models and laptop repairs take a little longer; we’ll always tell you the timing up front when you bring it in.

Should I back up my phone before a repair?

If your phone still turns on, a backup is always a good idea before any repair. Most repairs don’t touch your data, but if you’d like a hand backing up, we can help in store.

Can you repair my device?

We repair iPhone, iPad, Samsung and most other Android phones and tablets, as well as laptops, PCs and games consoles. If you’re not sure, book online with the model and the fault, or bring it in, and we’ll tell you what we can do.
