Nothing. Diagnosis and a clear, fixed quote are always free, with no obligation to go ahead. You only pay if you’re happy with the price.
Will I lose my photos and data?
For most repairs your data stays exactly as it is. For anything involving the storage or a wipe we’ll talk you through it first, and we can help with a backup so nothing important gets left behind.
Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
Just walk in — no appointment needed. If you’d like us to expect you, book online and pick a time that suits you. We’re open Monday – Saturday 9:00 – 17:30 and Sunday 10:00 – 16:00.
