Who we use
We user RoyalMail for all UK deliveries. Depending on the value of your item, we will dispatch as below
|£1-£99||Accessories and small / non valuable items||Delivered within 3-5 working days|
|£99-£200||Accessories and handsets valued over £100||Delivered within 1-2 working days|
For items over £200, we use Royal Mail special delivery, where your item will be delivered next working day (providing you order Monday to Friday). If you order at a weekend, your item(s) will be with you on the Tuesday (excluding weekends which are followed by a Bank Holiday). The cost for special delivery is £5.00
Delivery for accessories valued under £100
We will post your item via Royal Mail. Our standard delivery charge for accessories is £1.99 per delivery (up to four items)
My item has not arrived
Don't panic! Give the team a call. When we post an item to you, we will upload a tracking number to your account. Log in and take a look at the notes on your account. Whatever happens, we will resolve it!
If your item is delivered in transit
You should contact us in the first instance. You should not use the item. Please keep the packaging (including the envelope / parcel packaging)
We will need you to return the item(s) to us, we will take care of the cost for returning. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will resend your order. If you decide you want to cancel your order, please let us know
If you want to cancel your order after receiving it, you must obtain a ATR (Authority to Return) number and complete ATR form. Click Here to complete the form. You will also need to log in to your account and select Return.
